Terms and Conditions of Service for INTACT SMM

1. General

By purchasing these services, you confirm that:

You have the necessary rights and authority to access the relevant social media account.
You will not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
You will only use the Service to enhance the visibility and engagement of your social media profiles.

3. Account Creation and Usage

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping that information updated. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, including maintaining its confidentiality. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you agree to notify INTACT SMM immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations. You must not use the Service for marketing campaigns or actions that:

Promote hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination.
Violate intellectual property rights, including using third-party trademarks without authorization.
Promote harmful or inappropriate content, including misleading information, malware, or pirated materials.

You acknowledge that you cannot run multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously. If you choose to run campaigns with other services at the same time, INTACT SMM is not responsible for any interference or inaccuracies caused by those campaigns.

5. Platform Rights and Modifications

INTACT SMM reserves the right to refuse any service request at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to modify, review, or discontinue services, pricing, or policies at any time, without prior notice.

We retain all proprietary rights to the materials, content, and intellectual property related to the Service. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service solely as outlined in these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

INTACT SMM is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including social media networks. This includes, but is not limited to, account suspensions, deletions, or any other restrictions imposed by the social media platforms.

We cannot guarantee engagement metrics such as likes, comments, or followers will interact with you as expected. Additionally, INTACT SMM does not guarantee the permanence of the engagement results, as social media platforms may adjust their algorithms or take actions to remove or limit visibility.

7. Refund Payment & Service Policy

7.1. Refund Policy

INTACT SMM acts solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers listed on our platform. Refunds are determined at the discretion of the service providers, and typically, no refunds will be issued to your payment method. We recommend using your account balance for orders placed through INTACT SMM. If an order is undeliverable, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to your INTACT SMM account.

Refunds and Credits: INTACT SMM provides intangible goods and services. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any refund requests will be credited to your INTACT SMM wallet for future use. All refund requests will be declined.
Order Completion: Since INTACT SMM offers non-tangible, irrevocable products, we do not issue refunds once the order has been completed and the product delivered. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes and Chargebacks: By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate any disputes or chargebacks against us for any reason. If a dispute or chargeback is filed after payment, we reserve the right to cancel future orders, block your access to our site, and remove any followers, likes, or engagement from your social media accounts.
Order Cancellations: Orders placed through INTACT SMM cannot be refunded or canceled once processed. You will receive a refund credit to your INTACT SMM wallet if the order is non-deliverable. However, orders involving private or restricted accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is public before placing your order.
Fraudulent Activities: Fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to immediate account termination. There are no exceptions. Additionally, using multiple servers for the same page may result in incorrect delivery of services. We will not refund orders under these circumstances.
Liability Disclaimer: INTACT SMM is not liable for any account suspension, content removal, or any actions taken by social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or others.

7.2. Service Terms

Pricing Changes: INTACT SMM reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The payment and refund policies will remain in effect regardless of pricing changes. We do not guarantee delivery times for services but provide estimates. Orders in progress will not be refunded for delays, as they are based on the best available information.
Service Modification: We may modify or change the type of service provided if necessary to complete an order.
Service Scope: INTACT SMM services are intended to promote your social media presence by increasing followers, likes, comments, views, and other engagement metrics. We do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content, nor do we guarantee that all followers will have a complete profile with a picture, bio, and posts.
Account Requirements: For the best results, ensure your account is public before placing an order. Private accounts will not be refunded if the order is undeliverable.

7.3. Use of Services

Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services for legal and legitimate purposes only. Any use of our services for fraudulent activities or in violation of platform guidelines is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: Activities such as purchasing fake followers or engagement that violate the guidelines of social media platforms, engaging in spam or abusive behavior, or using our services for unlawful or harmful purposes are strictly prohibited.
- Business Losses: INTACT SMM will not be held responsible for any loss of business, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for any damages that are not reasonably foreseeable when you started using our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTACT SMM, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, or actions (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by third parties due to your breach of these terms or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
No Ownership Rights
INTACT SMM does not claim any ownership of the services provided through our platform. We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or content provided by third-party service providers listed on our site.
Service Limitations
While we strive to provide the best services and customer experience, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or results of the services provided. All services are delivered "as is," and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the services' suitability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

8. Affiliate and Referral Programs

INTACT SMM offers affiliate and referral programs where users can earn a commission for referring others to the platform. You may not modify or redistribute the provided affiliate or referral codes.

INTACT SMM reserves the right to modify or discontinue these programs at any time.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with 48 hours’ notice. INTACT SMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

There are violations of these Terms.
Your account shows signs of fraudulent or illegal activity.
You fail to make payments on time.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of this agreement, including but not limited to pricing, data, and marketing strategies. This obligation continues after the termination of the agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

INTACT SMM retains all rights to the platform's content, logos, and intellectual property. You are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use the Service, in accordance with the Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Great Britain. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and INTACT SMM. Any modifications or amendments to this agreement will be communicated through your account or via email, and they will become effective 30 days after being posted or sent.

By using INTACT SMM's services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
