INTACT SMM Child Panel Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the INTACT SMM child panel program ("Program"). By registering and using the child panel, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations in India.
INTACT SMM ("we," "our," or "us") provides social media marketing services, and as a child panel owner ("you" or "your"), you are authorized to resell and promote these services to your clients.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active INTACT SMM account.
• Not be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity. You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and maintain it throughout your participation in the Program.

3. Account Setup

Upon registration, you will receive access to the INTACT SMM child panel platform.
You can create and manage multiple customer accounts within your child panel. These customers will be able to place orders for SMM services.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login details. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to INTACT SMM immediately.

4. Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for managing orders, payments, and customer interactions within your child panel.
• You must ensure that all services promoted through your child panel comply with INTACT SMM policies and Indian laws, including but not limited to advertising, data protection, and intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to mislead or deceive customers about the services provided by INTACT SMM.

5. Commission and Payments

• You will set your own pricing for services purchased by clients through your child panel.
• The earning percentage or fixed rates are determined by you but are subject to change at any time. INTACT SMM reserves the right to change rates without prior notice via email or within the child panel dashboard.
• All payments for services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
• Refund claims made by your customers may affect your earnings, and you will be liable for any applicable refunds as determined by INTACT SMM.

6. Payment Disputes and Refund Policy

• Refunds to customers are at the discretion of INTACT SMM based on service deliverability and quality. If a service is undeliverable, INTACT SMM will issue a refund to the reseller's account.
• In case of customer disputes, you must liaise with INTACT SMM for resolution. Any chargebacks or refund requests processed to a payment method may affect your earnings and reputation.

7. Child Panel Usage Guidelines

• You are permitted to use your child panel to resell INTACT SMM’s services to third-party customers. However, you are not authorized to sublicense, transfer, or sell the services to other affiliates or child panels outside the Program.
• You must not engage in deceptive marketing practices or any actions that could damage the reputation or credibility of INTACT SMM.
• You agree not to use automated methods (e.g., bots, scripts) to generate fake traffic or manipulate systems to artificially inflate sales.

8. Termination of Account

INTACT SMM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your child panel account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
• Failure to comply with Indian laws or any applicable regulations.

In the case of termination, any outstanding commissions or payments will be settled according to INTACT SMM’s policies.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or any illegal or unethical marketing tactics.
• Mislead or deceive customers about the nature of services.
• Manipulate systems to generate false or artificial sales or traffic.
• Use INTACT SMM’s platform or services for unlawful purposes.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information related to INTACT SMM's business, including pricing, customer data, or service details.
Sharing confidential data with third parties is strictly prohibited, unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• INTACT SMM’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Program, including financial loss, legal issues, or disputes with your customers.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold INTACT SMM harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the child panel, including any legal costs incurred due to non-compliance with these Terms or applicable Indian laws.

13. Modifications to Terms

INTACT SMM reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any updates may or may not be posted within the child panel dashboard or communicated to you via email. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the INTACT SMM website.
